Objectives
  • To develop a mobile application that Community members and Care Club members can interact with healthcare professionals (HCP) and/or help line responders.
  • To set up an Admin Portal that can manage and organize the information of members' data based on the interactions with healthcare professionals and help line responders.

The Process

Creation of BRD: The Product Owner listed all the requirements and features necessary for the design.

Designing the Wireframes: With the requirements finalized and approved, the UI UX designer started with the screens for both the mobile application and the admin portal.

For Client Review: After creating the designs, we sent it to the client for the design and flow review.

Development: After all the revisions were made, the development for the product started.

Development: The client approved the screens and flows , the developers started with the portal development.

QA: To ensure we deliver a quality product, we tested the portal and the portal before handing it over to the client.

Challenges and Solutions
Challenges:
  • Changing of internal resources. From different developers and different designers
  • Lack of communication with client during the start of the project
Solutions:
  • Knowledge transfer to each resource
  • Being proactive in terms of communicating with the client.

Outcome
The mobile application will be deploy soon in the play store and app store. The development team is just waiting for some content and will be ready for the public.
